FEAR OF THE VOID GOAT MILK BEER SOAP
Aesthetically, hot process soap is a little different from traditional cold process. Ok, a LOT different. Because the soap is cooked before molding, achieving a smooth swirl design is pretty difficult. Instead, the end result is a gorgeous, rustic bar with its own unique, imperfect beauty. We love her. We embrace flaws around here.
We only make our soaps with beer brewed here locally in the Pacific Northwest.

Why beer soap?
Beer soap benefits the skin by moisturizing and cleansing with a rich lather, thanks to ingredients like hops and brewer's yeast. The lather is out of this world! Hops offer anti-inflammatory properties that can soothe sensitive or irritated skin, while brewer's yeast provides antibacterial qualities. Additionally, the vitamins in beer, especially B vitamins, help nourish the skin and are easily absorbed.
Can you smell the beer?
Nope! Not even a little bit. Also, the alcohol dissipates during the cooking process.
Why goat milk?
Goat milk contains fatty acids and triglycerides that hydrate and nourish the skin. Lactic acid in goat milk gently exfoliates dead skin cells, revealing brighter and smoother skin. It also has antifungal and antibacterial properties!
Soaps are cured for at least 4 weeks to ensure a solid, long lasting bar.
