U.S. SHIPPING
Sugar and Spite is not responsible for any package after it has left processing and has been delivered to the post office. Once a package receives its first tracking scan/acceptance by USPS, it becomes their liability, and they should be dealt with directly.
All items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, or UPS. You will have the option to choose our $7 flat rate shipping or an upgrade at checkout. When you receive your shipping notification via email, your order has moved to processing and shipping. As such, it may not track right away. In some instances (not all), an extra day or two of processing may be required.
The current turnaround time is 2-12 business days. This not include weekends or postal holidays falling on business days, which may delay your shipment. Turnaround time varies depending on sales, promotions or holidays happening at the moment. Holidays will usually be extra time because of the amount of orders involved (ESPECIALLY HALLOWEEN AND CHRISTMAS) During holidays, TAT may be up to 16 business days. Stated TAT does not apply to pre-orders. If you need something sooner, please contact me and I will try to accommodate you.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds. Orders go into the queue immediately after they are submitted. This requires time and materials, and I cannot refund once your order is placed.
Because everyone’s skin is different, patch testing any and all products before use is recommended. By purchasing, you agree that Sugar and Spite will not be held liable for any adverse reactions or sensitivities that may occur.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this moment, international shipping has been temporarily paused. While we value our international customers, there are challenges due to increased postage costs and tariffs. Therefore, we have made the tough choice to suspend this service temporarily.
Refunds: No refunds or replacements for items lost in the mail or confiscated in customs. A tracking number will be issued to you along with shipping confirmation.
All orders are shipped to the address provided, unless you give other instructions. No returns, replacements, or refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address unless it's our mistake, or the post office returns it to us. Please verify your shipping address before making a purchase.
I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CHANGED MY MIND, FORGOT MY SCENT CHOICES, ETC. I MESSAGED YOU ON FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM/TIKTOK AND NEVER HEARD BACK.
